HEALTHY Pumpkin Muffins

They are gluten free, and there is no unnatural sugar added (natural sugars in coconut flour, honey, etc.).
Here is the recipe below:
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 eggs
1 banana
1 can pumpkin purée
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp baking soda
Blend all ingredients together, set oven to 400, and bake for 20 min! Then, I topped each muffin with melted almond butter and sea salt. SO GOOD. Try it and let me know what you think!!!
