Total Body Toning FLOW (Easy on the Body)

Here is another workout from my trip in Cartagena, Colombia! This is a total body toning workout, which resembles exercises from yoga or pilates. It’s a low impact workout, meaning it’s not going to be very hard on your muscles.
PS, I didn’t bring my mic on my trip to Colombia, so I had to record this without speaking, and then add my voiceover after. I really don’t like doing workout videos that way, but sometimes I have to!! (I don’t know if you can tell but this was filmed after a pool party and there were like 10 girls surrounding me talking lol)
