10 Min Total Body Burn and Tone Workout

Here is a great TEN minute TOTAL BODY TONE UP workout! I am using a mini resistance band and light weights, but truly you can do this workout without the band if you don’t have one. It just adds a bit of a challenge or resistance using the band. These are some of my favorite dynamic moves that really work every major muscle group at once. Arms, abs, booty, legs, ERRRRYTHANG.
